We’re delighted to host you. Please take a moment to review our guest policies, designed to ensure a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable stay for everyone.

1. Check-in / Check-out

• Check-in: From 12:00 PM

• Check-out: By 11:00 AM

• Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may involve additional charges.

2. Booking & Payment Terms

• Advance reservation is recommended to secure your stay.

• 50% advance payment required at the time of booking; remaining balance due at check-in.

• We accept cash, UPI, debit, and credit cards for your convenience.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Free cancellation up to 48 hours before arrival.

• 50% cancellation fee for bookings cancelled within 48 hours of check-in.

• No-shows will be charged the full booking amount.

4. Guest Eligibility & ID Requirements

• Maximum occupancy per room: 2 adults + 1 child (below 6 years).

• Extra guests or bedding will incur additional charges.

• We welcome only married couples and families; unmarried couples are not allowed.

• All guests must present valid government-issued photo ID at check-in (marriage proof may be requested for couples).

5. Complimentary Amenities

• Daily tea, breakfast, and bottled water included.

• 24/7 room service and housekeeping to make your stay comfortable.

6. House Rules & Conduct

• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside rooms (designated outdoor smoking areas available).

• Please respect the privacy and comfort of fellow guests.

• Any loss or damage to resort property will be chargeable.

7. Pet Policy

• Pets are not allowed inside rooms. For special requests, kindly contact our reception.

8. Safety & Liability

• The resort is not responsible for the loss of valuables; guests are advised to use in-room safes where provided.

• Please follow all safety guidelines during your stay.
